But if I'm running PC virtualization to do most of my tasks, why not just use a PC? I prefer to keep it simple instead of having multiple layers to do the same job.
I guess it depends on how you look at it. One computer that requires running an additional piece of software to do work. Or one computer that allows you to do all your work natively. And oh yeah..."Crazy!" :P
Nothing like getting a cool, sleek, hip, expensive ass macbook then getting random errors that have no error code and have it freeze or load an awesome update from Apple and have your machine be a big paperweight. Yeah real cool, now im hip I have a CrapBook Air (wait let me connect a bunch of crap so i can do work)

Maybe now is a good time to buy a MacBook :)
If the business world didn't rely on PCs, I would. But I may buy one just for home use.
Maybe now is a good time to buy a MacBook + Virtual PC (for the business world)
Bam! Problem solved!
The morning is turning out be be excellent now!
You can also use Parallels or VM Fusion. I have the latter and it works wonderfully.

onions have layers
Wouldn't the most minimalistic approach be to have just the one computer that does both?
Call me crazy...
