After having spent more time house sitting than at my new place of residence, I am back! At least for the next few weeks before my parents go to Europe for another 3 weeks.
I don't really have anything too significant to report since most of my time was spent studying or keeping an eye on the dog while I was away.
Now that I have returned, I am working on 2 things right now.
1. Gaining Weight - I've been in the 130 range pretty much since I graduated high school and considering that I'm 5"10, I can only come to one conclusion...I am hollow. Basically I would like to be at least 145 (like I put on my Drivers License). To help me with the process of packing on more pounds I purchased an utlra hi-tech scale that measure body fat %, body water %, bone mass, muscle mass, calorie predictor and of course weight. I'm going to start keeping a log so I can see my progress in the quest for higher gravitational pull. My biggest thing, I believe is that I don't eat enough calories, so I'll try to eat more throughout the day. I might post the log results if I have some progress.
2. Figuring out what to invest my money in next - The way my brain works, if something doesn't make sense to me, 9.8 times out of 10, something is not right. In this case, that something would be the US economy. I believe we have been due for a correction for quite a while, but government and market manipulation has helped prop up the economy. But like all systems they have the natural ability to correct themselves and the longer it is prolonged from happening the more severe it is. So right now I'm reading "America's Financial Apocalypse" for some insight on the markets that will do well during the current and soon to be severe recession.
Other than that, you can look forward to some pool and BBQ parties when I house sit this next time.

Mostly Moved In
After a grueling but productive weekend of moving and cleaning, I have little by little unpacked and pieced back together the thing I call "My Room". All while being pulled in 6 different directions with work, school, house sitting, the Mayor's State of the City presentation and trying to maintain somewhat of a social life. I have come to the realization that I really need to take a vacation again.
Thankfully, I am more unpacked than at my previous house, which is a good sign.
Although I still have a ton of clothes to put away and 4 computers I need to figure out what to do with, but I'm getting there.
