I Did It!

*Tadaaaa!!!*

I achieved my Goal of running 50 miles in 4 weeks. I started out running 4 miles 3 times a week and now my last two runs were a little over 6 miles per run and I did them without feeling like I was going to throw up or die. *Blaaaaaaahhhgggg* Guess I spoke too soon. Kidding.

Here are a few stats from my runs (Note: 1 run was before I started working on my goal):
Total Runs: 12
Total Distance: 54.61 mi
Total Time: 10.3 Hours
Total Calories Burned: 5743
Farthest Workout: 6.94 mi

Isn't technology great?! That's a rhetorical question, for all you smart@$$es!
